When Properly Applied, Sleeves Are Capable Of Holding The Rated Breaking Strength Of The Cable To Which They Are Applied. Use Only Crimping Tool To Attach A Sleeve. Never Use A Hammer Or Pliers. Stops: Placed Along A Wire Rope To Stop The Wire Rope From Sliding Past A Certain Point. When Properly Applied, Button Stops Are Capable Of Holding One Third The Rated Breaking Strength Of The Cable To Which They Are Applied.
